YOGA

At VIbE we focus on yoga that integrates mind, body, and spirit through meditation, postures, breath, and restorative practices. Promoting physical health, mental clarity, and self-awareness, nurturing a deeper connection to oneself and the world.
Mindful Movement and Meditation: This class combines gentle movement with mindfulness techniques, allowing participants to connect with their bodies and breath. It promotes relaxation and mental clarity, making it perfect for those seeking a holistic approach to wellness.
Vinyasa: In this class, participants flow through a series of poses synchronized with breath. Vinyasa encourages strength, flexibility, and balance, providing a challenging yet invigorating experience for all levels.
Restorative: This soothing class focuses on deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Using props to support the body, participants hold gentle poses for extended periods, promoting healing and stress relief.
Candlelight: Set in a calming atmosphere illuminated by soft candlelight, this class offers a serene environment for practice. It combines elements of various styles, encouraging relaxation and mindfulness while fostering a sense of community.
REIKI

FITNESS
Reiki is an alternative therapy that focuses on energy healing. Practitioners place their hands on or near you to promote relaxation and healing, helping with stress relief and emotional balance.
Functional training: This class focuses on exercises that mimic everyday activities, enhancing strength, balance, and coordination.
Circuit training: This class involves a series of exercises in rotation, targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout in a short amount of time.
Interval training: This class alternates between high-intensity bursts of exercise and periods of rest or lower intensity, maximizing calorie burn and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Each of these classes are accessible no matter your fitness level and offer unique benefits, making them popular choices for those looking to improve their overall fitness.

Emily
Fitness / Mind / Body / Yoga
Owner
Emily is a NASM certified group and personal trainer and a RYT 200 hour yoga guide. With a lifelong passion for the intricacies of the body and its incredible capabilities, she began her professional wellness career over a decade ago. Emily's unique approach empowers you to discover your hidden strengths and potential. Her love for learning infuses each class with fresh knowledge and perspective, inspiring transformation and growth.
Kristine
Fitness / Mind / Body / Yoga
Kristine's fitness journey began 25 years ago while getting her degree in Dance. She had one particular professor who drove home the mind body connection that comes with the yogi practice. Unfortunately, a back injury ended her dance career. Her continued yoga practice helped with recovery, and she decided to get certified with Core Power.
Several years later, after her daughter was born, the pain returned and a friend recommended Pilates. She found relief, got certified, and after six years teaching Pilates decided it was time to revisit yoga. Kristine likes to mix things up with Dance and Tabata as well. Her daily workouts help center her to be a better mom, friend and therapist to ASD children.
She is a certified RTY-200 hour (working toward 500 hour) through the Yoga Alliance as well as specialty certified in Restorative Yoga. She is also mat Pilates, Rollology, and specialty Senior Fitness Certified. And loves teaching a variety of classes to keep her body guessing and moving!
Chris

Chris has been in the health and fitness world for over 30 years! She started her journey because of her love of running and triathlons. When she became certified in corrective exercise her true transformation began. Chris knows that you do not need perfection to succeed, and her classes are lead in a fun and playful manner. She loves to empower others and help them improve their ability to move in all areas of their lives. Exercise isn't just about how we look, we want the ability to keep moving and enjoying our lives for many years to come and joining a wellness community is fun and a great way to make lasting connections.
Tamsie
Mind / Body / Yoga
With decades of experience in the yoga community, Tamsie brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to holistic well-being. Introduced to yoga in her late teens through the transformative power of meditation, she later embraced the physical practice of asana, enriching her journey and understanding of yoga.
As a former co-owner of Red Door Yoga+, Tamsie is dedicated to guiding others on their personal paths to wellness. She is a certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Life Coach, and Grief Counselor, offering a unique blend of skills to support students both on and off the mat.
In her classes, Tamsie meets students where they are, encouraging thoughtful movement that explores the edges of where you’re at without the pressure to achieve specific poses. Her teachings incorporate movement, breath work, and a touch of philosophy and meditation, providing a well-rounded and accessible approach to yoga. Tamsie believes in the power of yoga to heal and transform, and she is passionate about guiding her students to find peace, balance, and clarity in their lives.
Ashley
Reiki
Ashley’s years working in the mental health field led her on a search for supplemental healing modalities for the mind, body, and soul. After experiencing the many benefits of Reiki for herself, it became apparent that she had found something truly worthy of sharing. Ashley is now a master level Reiki Practitioner who utilizes empathy and compassion with each of her clients.
